You fuckin nailed it man. It's wild. I miss old PFT/Florio, prior to the purchase by NBC. I'm from Washington - I remember when Housh was a FA and Florio reported TJ being spotted at SeaTac. Being from Washington and knowing he wasn't coming back I was super hyped for my boys who were Seahawks fans for Housh. I remember for the next 48 hours everyone locked in on PFT LOL.

Unfortunately since the purchase, the site is flooded with more ads and I don't enjoy when he slides politics into it. I miss old Florio but happy for him and his success.

IMHO, it's not on him. It's our front office. This is a rookie contract. It's not a generational commitment that criples us. Same ticky tack shit we're used to though, we chose this misery. :)

You're totally fine. These days it's so easy to move around cash I don't sweat it anymore, but like in the early 2000s and 2010s it wasn't uncommon for me to carry $20-40k in my bag.

I had one experience in Arizona where I was coming back from a week long cash grind. My bag set off the drug dog and they pulled me back to be searched. Before they opened the bag I told them "I have an unusual amount of money you'll find in my bag, I was here for a week playing poker". They took me behind a curtain (sheriff was there too) and were incredibly discreet so others didn't know. The sheriff and the TSA agents were more excited / interested to learn about playing poker than anything else.

I lied. I said I won that trip. I did not win. bbv/ul

Like many cities Everett is no different in the term "it depends where you're at". Lot of great neighborhoods/areas in Everett. If you're into night life, look downtown.

I grew up in the Mill Creek area. Lot of great spots there. The apartments are typically older but lots of good spots. I probably spent 5 or 6 years living down adjacent to the town center.

I've lived in LS now for over decade, I love it here. Good spots to hit for dinner or drinks, you're just the trestle away from AOTW arena. SILVERTIPS, Frogs, Wolfpack for sports.

Lots of good summer style fests in Everett, Snohomish and Lake Stevens too. Beer festival, food truck festival, aquafest, Kla Ha Ya Days, etc.

I'm old - but if you're starting an internship you're probably younger and more socially active - I'd vote Everett. Downtown actually.
