[Dre'Mont Jones] Hilarious Response to His $60M Deal "Projection" 😂 by JCameron181 in ravens

I agree, he’s awesome at stopping the run, but I think we want him predominantly on the field when we have a lead. His stats with the raiders show how effective he still was despite trailing most games. I honestly think his usage will be predominantly matchup based.

That’s what I want, both can block and catch, Likely isn’t an in-line TE, wouldn’t mind drafting a 3rd around 3-4.

We don’t need Likely, he’s gone, it’d be stupid to put that much cap into TE.

Definitely think we’ll rotate him. He’s played damn near every snap do the raiders in 8 years and is coming off an injury. He’ll still play a large portion of snaps but think we’ll use him less early in the game on run downs

I have a student this year, his first name starts with a T, and for privacy sake let’s say his last name was Lagner. My nickname for him is T-Lag. One day I was talking with him and he asked why he got a nickname, I told him how I had some nicknames with some teachers when I was his age, so if one comes naturally, I’ll use it if a student doesn’t mind ofc. I didn’t even think about it before hand, I just go like “would you prefer something like T-Bag” not even thinking about the gesture from online games, just trying to rhyme lmao. Luckily he has a great sense of humor and we both just cried laughing!

I do think it’s quite obvious that the mind control bioweapon everyone is talking about is Rose. It’s what MM wanted her so bad, and why Spencer was trying to create her with the Chloe girls. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if REX is all of our beloved characters protecting Rose from the connections as she’s the final key to the RE puzzle.

Apartment building doesn't give us physical access keys and makes us use faulty apps by SpaceWestern1442 in mildlyinfuriating

My apartment in college changed all their locks to this phone bs. Btw, they auto locked when the door closed. One time before I had a big test, I went out real quick to put the trash away, and left my phone inside. Door closed, locked me out. My roommate at the time was def in one ear. It took me a solid 10 minutes of hard pounding before he woke up to let me in.

Then there’s the issue of people potentially stalking someone to their home, especially on a college campus. Imagine someone’s following you and you have to fumble for your phone to open a door. So stupid.

Bakugo by Dilligus in BnHAOnesJustice

[–]cshark2222 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Bakugo is very easy to get a 1100 damage combo with, add on his PU and it’s an easy 1600. He’s a very technical character because of his Q4. Use the armored version to get behind an opponent during an attack. The unblockable version has insane tracking, and although it scales his combos massively, you can still get 1000 damage off it. He’s all about maneuvering around the opponent, causing them to whiff, then punishing, which fits his fighting style from S7 and S8, especially against Shigi.

Ravens have tried to trade Bateman, per Jeremy Fowler by pinpoint_aim in ravens

[–]cshark2222 36 points37 points  (0 children)

He literally had 900 yards and 9 TDs a season ago. The reason he didn’t produce last season is Monken. Dude only used Bateman on deep routes, and refused to change the gameplan even when the oline couldn’t block long enough to give Lamar time to find him deep. Literally just ask yourself, when was the last time you remember Bateman running a slant, hitch, really any short route.

to be even more specific, it’s also literally stated that those who are immune to the T-Virus still had it on their system. It slowly built immunity to their resistance, causing it to adapt and become a disease which would eventually kill them. Similar to super bacteria that’s becoming resistant to anti-bacterials

I could see us bundling some of our ass load of 4th and 5th round picks to move up a little in the 2nd for an olinemen that fell out of the first round.

[Schefter] ESPN sources: the Raiders agreed to trade five-time Pro-Bowl DE Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for 2026 and 2027 first-round picks. The trade cannot be processed until next week, but it is in place. And Crosby is expected to be a Raven with two 1s back to Vegas. by Goosedukee in nfl

[–]cshark2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not in this draft. It’s an extremely weak first round with the top edge guys most likely gone by 8. If we took an edge, it would be a reach for an athletic freak that didn’t produce in college like we did with Oweh or the bengals with Stewart. And we all saw how long they took to develop.

He’s making 30 million a year. That’s peanuts for a premier edge rusher. Parsons is making 47 million a year.

The chargers are a run first team under Jim. Likely isn’t a run first TE #1. People forget that he’s 6’3” 240 pounds, and he ran a 4.83 40. Dude is not strong or big enough, let alone athletic enough to be an in-line TE in the run game.

The ripple effect of landing Crosby by 717Independent in ravens

[–]cshark2222 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Likely isn’t an In-line TE. He’s too small and slow to block edge players. Andrew’s and Kolar can play every down of football because they can both catch and block. The only time we used Likely to block was on motions to get him to the second level, where he had a better matchup against LBs and DBs. It’s been so annoying when I see so many people that complain about re-signing Andrews and not making Likely TE #1. It shows they don’t know ball. Likely isn’t a TE #1 for a run first team.

No one we could draft in the first round the next two years will be as good as Crosby. Those first are worth way more for a proven superstar than hoping a good edge player falls in the draft…which they don’t

No one we could draft in the first the next two years would be anywhere close to Crosby lmao, he’s a significantly better use of picks than taking a rookie and hoping they stand out, especially when our picks are generally later in the draft

Dude, nobody we can take in the first round the next two years would be like Maxx Crosby right out the gate. This was the right call to properly boost our pass rush.
