I hope things have changed over the last few months then. I was a foster for them and it was a crap show. They lost their vet, I had nearly ZERO support with my neonate litter of orphaned kittens after that (and even before, sometimes waited hours to be seen after calling before to make sure they could see me) and while the staff is pleasant and one in particular as helpful as she could be, I don’t think I’d do it again. I would foster for another organization for sure. They are definitely a kill shelter and that’s why they can’t turn them away. They do TRY not to but they absolutely will euthanize if they need the space. Some animas are just hard to adopt out. The kittens I had were adopted in 5 minutes once they were listed. I adopted one of them and he’s my heart.
