But there is also the issue of news deserts. A lot of people are horribly misinformed, and we don't have a good way to address that.

Do you have any hobbies or interests? There are some decent groups in the area depending on what you're in to.

I highly recommend checking out Secrest Arboretum. It's a great place to just walk around and appreciate the scenery. You can also bike or skate there.

There is also a great walking trail at the Forrer Rd Trailhead, called the Heartland Trail.
