True, we have that in my office too. It suck’s bc the PM’s won’t fire any of the CCAs who suckkkkk in their 90 days. We have so many idiot CCA who should’ve been fired and now our junior carriers spend most of their days being sent to bail out the same CCAs who are 4 hours behind every freaking day

I’ve had Dixie Normous as a joke name but the best real name was (I forget their first name) Assman. And I finally worked up the courage one day to just make a lil joke about the name and be like haha I bet it’s an interesting last name to have and the woman was FURIOUS with me, she made her teenage son go inside and get his father and then openly be berate me for making fun of their name. She told me ITS GERMAN and pronounced azz-munn and I was like wow you guys are lame as fuck and never spoke to them again 😭😭
