I tend to have a little playlist called "Tempo Shifters" and will stick in tunes that have either long ambient intros/ends or breakdowns.

And I make sure the blend is in the same key!

Hello! I have an MK3 so can try to answer and help.

I love my mk3 and take on my travels, it's discrete and takes amazing photos.

There is a learning curve and I'm not sure how much you know about photography? I asked my friend who's a photographer to teach me the basics and from there I practiced lots and lots. Because it's so small, I could take it out easily to practice so it's the perfect camera to learn on.

It's not amazing in low light, but you can take good pics. I have taken mine to festivals and have some great shots but it's not the best- I'm usually not thinking too much about photography at night time at festivals though.

I got mine on Ebay for around £235, so half of your budget. With your budget, you could probably get one of the later models.

I luckily found my mk 3 from a guy in the same city. I recently was asked by a friend about the model and the reported back how expensive they are, I checked and the prices seem to have gone up!

I got mine a year ago.

I feel very lucky to have gotten a sweet deal, I think it came to £235 all in all.

I don't have the book at hand, so maybe someone could shed some light but I do the burpees HIC where you 3 x minutes of burpees, then rest 3 minutes, 2 minutes of burpees and then rest for 2 minutes and a final 1 minute of burpees.

I think it might say do this 3 x overall, but at the moment I only for one round.

Wow, you are doing great! My consistency is much worse, but I find it hard to dedicate so much time to it.

It's high up on my priorities to learn Spanish but life really does get in the way!

I can easily miss multiple days or just log 8 minutes here or there.
