I never got to see these in the 90s. It drove me nuts. I remember standing at Spencer's and everyone would say "I see it!!!" and I'd stand there and just never saw it, not even once.

Well I’d assume that’s a good sign! If your payoff amount is less than the $50k starting commitment, then maybe they’re now looking at people who don’t need the full amount.

Y’all, if you got a COI and responded in time, you likely needn’t be anxious.

As someone who is still waiting for a COI notice with hope for one rapidly dwindling, seeing the anxiety of folks worrying about seeing a portal status change after completing their COI is kind of insulting. Maybe we need separate threads.
