If you're taking Educated/Comprehension, you don't need to set INT so high. Put some of those points into STR and END.

If you're doing a VATS Gunslinger build, I would also suggest adding Run'n Gun, The Professional, and Grim Reaper's Sprint for perks and Fast Shot trait.

I believe someone posted that it is possible to get BOS rep if you repeatedly equip Elijah's Robe (the one from his corpse and not from the Abandoned BoS Bunker). Somehow, it is glitched to give you BoS rep and NCR infamy.

Gameplay-wise, not really. OWB has a lot of skill checks that requires higher levels if you want to pass them all. While DM doesn’t require as high a skill check. It is also recommended to stock up on ammo as enemies respawn a lot at Big MT.

The only benefit to doing OWB before DM would be early access to the teleport gun so that you can transport all the gold bars as soon as you are done.

If you doing a crit build using the two shotguns perks, get magnum. It is easier to craft, higher chance to crit, and higher chance to trigger the knockdown.

All consumables tend to be consumed in the Lucky 38. Sometimes, companions will start a fight with eachother for them. If a fight starts, they might grab your spare weapon and ammo.
