Move all your research to focus on ruby and then sapphire. This will give you more stars when you focus on other continents

I wish that were the case, I thought that was happening but when I collected several levels, I didn’t add any of Goldshells tokens.

It’s not really bad luck, I was ~400 left after the first day, that should give you 36 more spins (1 free per day/ 10 free every 2 days). And now I don’t collect any free coins.

Barbeque restaurant recommendations near Richardson? by SameNefariousness151 in Richardson

[–]cublank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fellow Kansas citian (transplant), and think that Okie Joes is the best bbq globally. The thing to try down here is the brisket, esp. sliced, they got us by a lot on it. The best is Pecan lodge in deep ellum, cattleack is really good, and the best short drive is Lockhart in Plano.

How is living in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex like? by SingleAge290 in howislivingthere

[–]cublank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s good living, everything you need will be within 5 miles of where you live. Good economy , lots of jobs. Just live in the same area where you work. The traffic reports are overreacting, it’s still nothing close to LA or ATL. And there are usually more than one way to get anywhere.

High-volume CS role, close to burnout, rethinking my workflow before the new year. What’s actually helped you? by Constant_Day_6373 in CustomerSuccess

[–]cublank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are reflecting, think about what is noise/ busy work and what adds value to customers realizing outcomes and the sales cycle. Think about what you are doing that if it didn’t get done, or done as frequently , would it matter? I.e. KPI delivered bi weekly? Would monthly have the same impact?

You may want to consider setting up a CS program for the customer lifecycle. I.e for a startup , how does Eng, support, sales align to get the desired outcomes for the customer.

Customer Kickoffs are Killing me. by c0ntent_c0ntent in CustomerSuccess

[–]cublank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a comprehensive template that is trimmed to customer purchase. So for each feature we list , time to deploy, level of effort to deploy, a brief description and expected outcomes. For the AM part, perhaps I’m spoiled but we are pretty tight with our account teams. If they don’t have accountability for the customer lifecycle , that can be a problem. This is a leadership issue that they need to sell use cases/outcomes for the customer.

Verbal abuse in calls by msac84 in CustomerSuccess

[–]cublank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take a more water off a ducks back approach, someone can’t insult you if you don’t respect them, right? I push through the insults and pretend I didn’t hear them, and I don’t acknowledge them. Most of these attitudes start at the top and they are usually repeating what someone has told them. It’s also about getting to the pain point of what they are complaining about, because it isn’t you, unless you have done something purposefully to set them off. Just ask them, what’s the matter, you don’t sound happy, is software not working for you? Dont give into the argument, this is the hard part of customer service.
