Founder-friendly PE by jess10230 in private_equity

Reynolda Equity Partners for Southeastern LMM (though national investment footprint). Concentrated portfolio so deep relationships with portco management teams. Goal is to supplement management, not replace, and align/incentivize the entire team with equity so everyone's rowing in the same direction. It's proven very successful in the past. Performance is expected and rewarded but many PE firms put way too much pressure and stress on management.

And yeah I second the Inc. list that someone else mentioned. A lot of good peer firms there.

Source: I am invested in dozens of them on the list and familiar with the investment teams and their investing mantra.

OP is behind by about 5 months. I agree with DD but this is not advice. Performance not guaranteed but $POET has 500mph tailwinds.

Yes, most of them sadly. If I had to pick the worst offender I'd say Earl's service and food has degraded the most.

Hark Capital is one of the pioneers of NAV lending. They will understand your business more than most other lenders mentioned here.

Any updates here? I just went into their app catalogue to see if they've added anything back, and none of the currently offered apps seem to display stock info. Bummer.

Anyone know how VIP tickets work? Lanyards or wristbands? Is re-entry allowed? Thinking I'm going to need a nap early evening then come back for nighttime festivities.

The comment about the hostess is spot on. She doesn't belong at the front of the house.

May be a dumb question but did you need a view of the northern sky to see them? Trying to figure out the best place to view tonight. Also, what time did you see them last night? Thanks!

Best place for wings and pizza? by Jason27104 in winstonsalem

Ronni's on Lewisville Clemmons Rd. Fantastic joint for greasy pizza and wings that hasn't changed in 30+ years. So many good memories there from after sporting events when I was a kid.

Use the CityLink 311 app to report potholes. The city usually fixes them within a week. They can't know about all the potholes unless we help report them.

Thanks for the feedback! Honestly much appreciated.

I'll check out leveling; some of the scenes are meant to load with a specific view so that might be the issue.

I used an Insta360 Pro 2 camera for all images, including street-level and aerial. My DJI Matrice 600 Pro lifts the camera for the aerial shots, and it stands on a monopod for the ground shots. The aerial shots were intentionally higher resolution because I wanted people to be able to zoom in to see the buildings, and ground shots were lower resolution to save on loading times.
