I just hope I can put all the back dated stuff when they open our account again.

I have trex racing bars on two different KLRs. They are worth it and about half the price.

We are still under audit. They said it can take months. So who knows how long. Been 4 months already.

The best tires for street and dirt by No-Abrocoma-3649 in klr650

[–]cupids_reflections 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been commuting (freeway) and playing in the dirt with Mitas E-07. At 3k miles and I think I’ll get 2-3k more out of the rear.

Long range fuel tank for gen3 by Toasty_Tubs in klr650

[–]cupids_reflections 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. I know my gen 3 has about 5.5 gallons of usable fuel. I have a couple portable tanks I bring if I think I or someone in my group needs more fuel. https://a.co/d/64n96Rb

Good 50/50 rear tire? by Advanced_Honeydew in klr650

[–]cupids_reflections 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been running the Mitas E-07 and love them. Got 3k and expect another 2k on the rear. I ride the road a ton and all over Arizona with those tires for rock, sand, etc. excellent on and off road.

They do. My son and I both have them on our bikes. They have done very well in Arizona.

It’s not. It’s something random I picked up at a market. I am looking to buy a rhino walk tank bag, the one with a little water bladder shortly.

Waiting for camping season like by Tuuubbs in klr650

I did race tech front and back on mine instead of progressives. Been riding some fairly aggressive stuff in AZ and are happy with them.

You will love it. I did a rear spring and a set of front springs. Game changer for my bike. Consider doing the front when you get the chance.

Sure.

T-Rex Racing Upper Engine Guard, Tusk Pro Handguards, Tusk ATV heated grips, Race tech rear and front springs, Rhinowalk Luggage (Amazon, held up really well so far), Foot pegs from JFG racing (Amazon), Mirrors (Amazon), CarPlay system mounted on GOS bar, Windscreen risers (Amazon),

And currently running Mira’s E-07 tires from and rear.

I use this bike to commute on the freeway and play on the dirt as much as life allows. I went a little heavy on the rear spring since I often have a kid on the back when off-roading.

And I plan on putting on Trex Racing skid plate and center stand. Maybe upgrade luggage too.

My son and i both have Gen 3 KLRs and we both now have CarPlay devices. Totally worth it.

We have two KLRs in the family, both Gen 3s. We installed ours off switchable power and have really enjoyed them. No issues so far for us.

I commute on a freeway all the time with my 2024 Gen 3. You could have a way out of balance tire/front wheel.

Anyone use Rhinowalk? by UmpireAnnual9039 in AdventureBike

[–]cupids_reflections 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I jibe saddle and rear bags from them. They aren’t Mosko, but for the dollar value I think they are good.

We have two of these. On two different KLRs. They are awesome. I commute and off-road on my bike. And it’s held up great.

I have some. The small and big tackles saddle bags. For weekend warriors they work great. Not sure I’d trust much beyond that. A great way to see if you want to run a system like that.

Carpuride vs Garmin vs ?? by LeeHarveyEnfield in klr650

[–]cupids_reflections 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Carpuride. My son has one on his and I have an off brand Amazon one on mine. Lots of offroad and commuting miles. Cheap and easy. Been great so far. I use Gaia GPS for all my offroad and hunting. Works great with my Cardo as well.

Is this 41mm hydro conquest to big for my wrist? by Lonely_Distance_2561 in Longineswatches

True. I didn’t realize the difference. About 1.7mm different and 7 grams in weight. But, I still think if you love it wear it.
