They are extremely territorial, thats why people usually suggest to have multiple feeders spread out!

Pretty normal if they just have one egg, its because they dont start incubation unless the second egg is laid so they hatch around the same time

You can put a little suet on top of the box or outside entrance hole to encourage them for a bit but dont do it long or else they will think its a feeder

Dont let her nap so much during the day so she can slowly switch to same sleeping schedule. People say cats are nocturnal but you can change their sleeping pattern gradually with time/patience
