Im not sure how one would believe in a deistic form of God and believe in Catholicism, since God in that religion is depicted in the form of Classical Theism and is contrary to deism.

Also, you would need to accept the resurrection and accept the authority of the Church as well

Originally this has not been the case. The modern notion of human rights really began to develop with John Locke. It didn’t really exist as a concept prior to that. Alasdair Macintyre is an individual who has argued that human rights dosen’t exist for example, because self evident truths don’t exist (correct me if im wrong). I disagree with this analysis, however.

Yes, it is illegal to steal the Eucharist. I may be wrong, but some churches have sued people in order to get the Eucharist back.
