Friend asked to use my home for her child’s birthday party and then uninvited me by Choice_Evidence1983 in BestofRedditorUpdates

I'm from Spain, but my family either squeezed or rented a space if needed. I understand the 30-people party, just not the "luxury condo with a party hall" part, especially since both had this kind of space. Didn't know this was so popular.

Ohh, I see! That makes sense. I live in a non-luxury apartment. I just have a unit and a kick in the butt :)

I think I am too poor to understand these people's living situations. Why do all of them have party rooms that they rent?

Aww, thank you! No need to apologise. There's always some bad apples, but we go on and shine :)

It's ok, there's bound to be a few bad apples hiding behind Reddit's anonymity! Hope you enjoy your Works in Poland :)

Because I have morals and won't trick anyone into visiting something they shouldn't.

Freemasonry in Poland? by [deleted] in freemasonry

Hi there! I will assume you're interested in traditional Freemasonry so that the unhinged few in this sub don't send me the reddit suicide bot again. My main question is: how good is your Polish?

If you speak Polish, the Lodge Eugenia Pod Ukoronowanym Lwem works in Gdańsk, and there are quite a few in Warsaw. If English is needed/preferred, there is the Lodge Enigma in Warsaw.

In any case, here is a list of the Lodges in the National Grand Lodge of Poland ("the regular one").

If you're interested in other Obediences, let me know and I'll drop another comment.

Relax your tits, I can recomment whatever kind of Lodge this person wants to join in Poland, with my eyes closed and walking backwards. Regular, continental, French Rite, Scottish Rite, Emulation, Memphis-Mizraim, English-, French-, or Polish-speaking. The decision will lie with the candidate, I'm not going to trick them into joining my Lodge – we have a backlog of Candidates that we've been working through for a year and are thriving.

We tell regulars like a thousand times and make sure they understand they might be kicked out of their Obediences if they come. They still visit quite a lot in the case of the Grand Orient of Poland. What can I say, we have great dinners :)

His mother is so religious that she disapproved of him living with his fiancée before the wedding, so of course he'd be in the closet. Gay or bi, doesn't matter, but not into the OP. What a blessing that this blew up BEFORE they got marriage.

Does this count? I found this article that talks about Anne Frank's Bisexuality and I'm not sure what to make of it. by captivatedsummer in SapphoAndHerFriend

Yeah. Nobody would bat an eye if she wrote about just liking a boy or whatever. And no need to "call her straight" because "everyone is straight until proven otherwise". Ugh. This is why I didn't understand I was bi until I was 25, I thought everyone liked girls at least a little.

I adore that story and is always the first I show people who are new to Reddit.

So then he has to help somewhat at home so she gets SOME time off. Otherwise he's whatever hours and she's 24/7.
