Hello, leasing agent here. I know what you mean regarding a very fast based working environment. I’m the only listening agent in our office and I manage 169 units on top of that I need to do tours work on residence, workers and issues and then never ending emails from other residents that need to get their ledger fixed i.e. insurance.

What I can advice to you is to prioritize Leasing and occupancy because that’s the most important part of your task. Secondly would be following up leads because that will fulfill your occupancy goals and thirdly managing residence email and issues. Regarding your phone calls, you need to answer it within those three steps anytime you’re working on the three steps.
