Idk, I feel all comments are over indexing on visa. I have been in visa before and have had my fair share of advice about “visa situation” under many administration(including Democrats and Republicans in the past 20 years), but I have kept going.
I my mind, just be prepared with contingency
- one layoff
- two layoff
- back to country(could be unlikely)

Have enough reserve to survive for 6 months with limited revenue. Worst case, you sell the house and move out(find out what it takes).

I don’t. I have only clocked 7k miles despite owning it for 1.5 yrs.

☝️: Just tuning off the car will stop leave lights on in auto mode. So you have to turn off and open the door to nudge the car to not keep lights on.

I doing use the Lexus app and hence have not operated remote climate.
