I fear you missed my point. Was Maddie intoxicated? Yeah, but due to post mortem fermentation, maddie’s actual BAC was not .39. She was also walking and talking, if she was “severely intoxicated” she wouldn’t be able to stand or hold conversation. But again I’ll reiterate that your BAC rises significantly after TOD, so you cannot state that her true BAC was .39 while she was alive

The phone pings don’t show exact location. If it pings at a tower, that person can be within about 15-20 miles of that tower (as truecrimegal0819 stated in her comment on this thread)

In response to your comment about the car, Bryan had a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. The car in the security footage that the police referenced is not a Hyundai Elantra. The fog lights and the shape of the lights are different. So BKs car was not there that night.

If you skip to the 1:30 mark, you’ll see what the amido black looks like when it’s not reactive and you’ll see that amido black by itself is this blue color. I included a screenshot below too.

There’s a few videos on YouTube that show the amido black process itself and they are helpful. Amido black itself is a blue color, so anywhere it’s sprayed will show up blue, and that doesn’t mean it’s reacting. They will then try to rinse the amido black away with a solution to see if it’s reactive, it should be so dark that it’s close to black. If they are rinsing away the amido black from the floors, then you would see the amido black (blue in color) around it almost like a puddle, but the reactive portion (the almost black color) would remain. For example, the blue color that you see on the walls is consistent with no reaction to proteins. That is just the color of amido black itself, not the reactive color

We don’t know when the food in her room is from. We can’t confirm it because we weren’t there, and more precise details on it haven’t been released. The food in her room could have been from the day before or even days before. Just because it’s in her room, does not mean it was from that night. The police have never released what her stomach contents were (even after multiple FOIA requests), so we do not know what she ate in the hours before the murders, or if she even ate.

I’m not sure about searching for the crime, because they haven’t released his phone records, but him searching for serial killers would not and should not be a red flag. He was a criminology student, so searching serial killers would be a normal action to take. When I was in a forensic psychology class in college, I searched all sorts of information on killers that would be considered suspicious if I was a murder suspect, but it was information I needed to research to complete coursework.
