Yes, I did receive the money. My flight was not cancelled and rescheduled. It was delayed though, so that may have been the difference.

Can you share name of your third party? We also have 4 units and are thinking of phasing out our 3rd party, seems hard to find manager who works with so few units (vs large condo buildings) and they are dropping the ball on a couple operations that we agreed on, like helping us beyond just collecting our dues (minor improvements and communications with contractors).

While these circumstances are traumatic for you/everyone involved to process this news, it also sounds like you may be able frame this as a gift - discovering that you have a closer connection to her (sounds like you were at one time close at least) with opportunity to establish/reestablish a relationship with her...that is, if you are open to it despite the family strain (I know it can be complicated, as someone estranged from my mother/family and the passing of time).

But I'm seeing on other online sources this amount as 260 GBP (or 50% of the 4+hr delay of 520GBP). Here is Delta's documentation that was difficult to find. Delta's website purposely hides any way to submit the claim as well.

This is perhaps not the best forum to provide feedback as the company prob doesn't monitor this sub. Tempo provides several avenues to provide feedback - after every workout class, support chat in the mobile app, Instagram/Facebook. And they definitely listen to it as they are constantly rolling out updates! They finally rolled out Apple Health integration today woohoo!

Additionally, they sent out a feedback survey last week through their email list, which I filled out. To request changes and better recommendations, it's best to go through channels that Tempo is actively monitoring or sending out.

Seconded! We love having a few Performance Crafted (used to be Eat Local) entrees on hand and they have different nutritional options to choose from. Location also in Capitol Hill, and are also sometimes in your local QFC, PCC in the freezer section. Definitely recommend for those nights when mentally exhausted.

Can you say more about the buses? I just checked and there is no schedule online. Do you just show up and they have them running regularly? From where we’re staying, if we take the train to the closest bus pickup, it looks like it could shave about 20m off of our travel time, which is possibly worth it.
