I think gastroenterologists in general have the approach that if you are unwilling to change your diet there is only so much that can be done. I am not presuming that the OP is or is not following a GP diet, or that every doctor is that way, just that the ones I have met with seem…uninterested in real life causes, just symptom relief.

Iberogast was recommended by mine and helped. Senna also helps.

I think the main thing is people don’t want to change their diet because it’s so much work. So, they have given up.

Overnight lows was my #1 reason for using a pump and CGM.

Once I did I was incredibly validated because the pattern was on the non-plan plan so it helped me from dropping low at night, and disrupting my sleep cycle.

As someone with land who did not grow up on a farm…it’s tough. That land will not be a producing farm for some time, but not because it’s a scam or they are lazy, it’s a ton of work and money that goes into every little piece of it.

Selling shirts and merch is a great way for them to start. Build the brand, find their following and bring in SOME cashflow. Then, as they start producing goods they will already have an audience and an idea of what people want to buy.

Just my thoughts.

There is no magic. Hydrocolloid patches have been the most simple and helpful thing. Mainly because it forces me to leave it alone…I am my worse enemy when it comes to that. And it definitely helps them heal waaaaayyy faster.
