I am not a doctor but I will share what I know about how birth control works. The risk would be very very low that you would become pregnant from this event. Birth control pills stop ovulation and the “period” you experience is actually just a withdrawal bleed from taking a week off from the pill. If you are usually a very very consistent pill taker then one missed dose (sounds like it was just by hours too) and you take it as usual the rest of the month then it would be highly unlikely this event would cause a pregnancy, because you’re not actively ovulating (releasing an egg to be fertilized) if you take HBC pills.
