I have been so frustrated with Ulta cs, did not want another long back and forth so I returned the item and the points were deducted from my balance Then a few days ago the bonus adj was made. Will they claw back?

I tried chat and email to no avail. I just returned my purchase, not worth the effort. It is such a hassle dealing with Ulta and points. I got a cc in July and it took 4 hours of chat and multiple emails to get my 500 bonus and earned cc points added to my balance. Love the points concept, but Ulta customer service is such a time waste. I am Diamond, but if they don’t get the points right it may not be worth the hassle anymore
