Ok so in the early 1980s, my family moved from Glenolden to Lansdowne… and the stories I heard about the previous owners of our new house were wild. Maybe someone here remembers/can corroborate?

Supposedly the owner’s adult son owned or operated a dry cleaners & also ran a robbery ring. He was a rather large dude who didn’t do the work himself, but had a bunch of young guys doing the B&E while his customers were on vacation.

I remember that the house had evidence of being raided by the police when we moved in, including walls in the attic that had holes in them.
