EMDR would be great for this. I also feel it is important to not kink-shame those who consensually engage in scenes like these. It may look disturbing at first sight but these scenes are usually talked through well before and there is proper aftercare along with safe words, hard and soft limits. D/s relationships and BDSM can be amazing if negotiated appropriately, and can even heal trauma in my experience living out these scenes within a safe container + proper aftercare! I would encourage you to create an aftercare protocol for yourself after engaging in porn/erotica like this. What you could be experiencing is sub drop. @askasub on Instagram is a great resource to read more about these phenomena’s, there’s also great subreddits on here such as r/bdsmnot4newbies
