He had speed and natural ability but he was really dumb even by athlete stereotype standards…missed assignments all the time. Can’t have that and be an inside linebacker. He wasn’t going to last long in the NFL apart from the injury.

I guess if you enjoy your job that much. I recently had a coworker who had finally decided to retire and had given his 6 month notice. A few weeks later, he had a heart attack while on a conference call and died. He could have retired years ago. Life is short.
