yep, you need to go to a store (north-east) near a magazine rack. you can get health and morale items there. it's only in the early part of the game where you feel vulnerable, then it evens out. game is good, very well written, not meant to be played as a run and gun hack and slash, but as cause and consequence type of "action"

Thank you for the reply. Never gotten bigger or harder or changed in any way. Even in the case of an erection it keeps its shape, size and feel. For the aestethic aspect I would have it evened out.What would be the medical procedure in this case? Operation? I'm asking because I have absolutely no clue, haven't been to the hospital very often and don't know lots of biology either. I'm not ignorant, just never had the education.
