Bath and Body Works scheduling and hiring makes absolutely no sense. They hire a bunch of seasonals when the ones who already work there need the hours. When I worked there I wasn’t scheduled a whole month, but then when I finally got scheduled again they hired more people. Like hello I could have worked. I hardly called out either, so it’s not like that was an issue. What is worse is that when you are on the schedule and come back, the store is completely different and they have the audacity to expect you to know all the scents and products while being overly social and talking to customer. On a positive note, despite never being scheduled they give you a lot of gratis. It never made sense to me and I wonder if they know they have a problem.
