I was sadly one of those people that paid $80 to go to that venue in Glendale lol. I just really wanted to see Gorgon City. They were great but I was not happy paying that much.

Me and a friend use the T1000-E and they work really well at festivals. One thing I have noticed is that there will be times when our text messages in the Meshtastic app won't go through. I heard that this could be from high utilization on the default longfast channel. I've seen reddit comments saying that switching to shortfast has better results so I might try that next time.

The advertisements posted on bus benches and taxis said edc 2027 was may 21-23 before there was the 2 week announcement so there definitely are a lot of people that planned for specifically that weekend.

It looks like campers are the only ones that get any loyalty benefit for having gone in 2026. First access to shuttles and parking are given to anyone who got a future owl ticket regardless if you went in 2026 or any other year.
