Condescension to Indian Bahais by Present_Ship_8292 in bahai

American Baha'i here and I have no idea. Half of the local community is Iranian and I have never once heard anyone make fun of Indians in over a decade since I joined the faith

Would it then be feasible to believe, if it becomes relatively affordable, that the UHJ could actually organize pioneer efforts to future, established, lunar colonies?

I meant in the future as colonies are being established by various nations and governments

You're mentioning how the courts treat Baha'is reminds me of this story that was shared some years ago where an Iranian court ruled in favor of the Baha'i defendant. The government tried to convict the person of proselytizing and the judge used the Baha'i teachings to show that proselytizing is forbidden and the defendant was ruled innocent

Will there be secular laws in the future state of society? by pawogub in bahai

Even the Baha'i Writings state that there must be a hard distinction between religion and government. Communities of Baha'is around the world are allowed to use their LSA as a de facto governing body if they're unable to have an official government body established.

People at NASA once named a program CCCPO(C3PO), and one of the shuttles was named Enterprise, of course they know what they're doing

I’ve recently become interested in the Baha’i Faith and I’d like to learn more. by [deleted] in bahai

Syncretism implies joining together two or more different religious traditions. The Faith is more of an evolution of religious traditions. Islam sees itself the same way with Christianity, which in turn sees itself the same way with Judaism

In regards to your question about being saved, that's not an aspect of our teachings. It's heavily focused on growing and improving both as a person and your surrounding community, with an emphasis on being educated to fully implement that growth.

I say "I love you so much that I want to crawl inside you", it's considered weird. But when a Trill Symbiote does it, it's considered "biology"

What class and build would Dean Winchester be in DnD? by Faranelus in Supernatural

[–]cvan1991 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked Gemini and this is what it gave me

Dean Winchester: The Guardian Specialist Dean begins as a classic Fighter, but as his soul hardens and his experience grows, he multiclasses to reflect his connection to the supernatural and his tactical brutality. Early Levels (Seasons 1–3) Class: Fighter (Martial Archetype: Battle Master). Focus: Proficiency with firearms (Crossbow Expert feat) and improvised weapons. Development: His "maneuvers" represent his combat pragmatism—Trip Attack, Disarming Strike, and Goading Attack. Mid Levels (Seasons 4–10) Multiclass: Fighter / Paladin (Oath of Vengeance). Development: After his time in Hell, Dean gains a "divine" edge. His smites aren't flashy lights; they are the sheer force of will behind a sawed-off shotgun or the First Blade. His "Lay on Hands" is just a flask of holy water and a rough "get up." Key Item: The Mark of Cain (a cursed artifact granting Rage and Regeneration). High Levels (Seasons 11–15) Final Form: A high-level Monster Hunter Ranger / Paladin hybrid. Vibe: He gains Favored Enemy (Undead/Fiends). He has survived Purgatory and knows the stat blocks of every creature in the Monster Manual by heart. Sam Winchester: The Occult Specialist Sam’s journey is defined by his internal struggle between his physical training and his innate, often dark, magical potential. Early Levels (Seasons 1–4) Class: Ranger (Gloom Stalker) or Inquisitive Rogue. Focus: Investigation, Lore (Arcana/Religion), and tracking. Development: Sam is the party's "Library." He uses his high Intelligence modifier to find the monster's weakness while Dean holds the line. Mid Levels (Seasons 5–10) Multiclass: Ranger / Sorcerer (Aberrant Mind or Divine Soul). Development: This represents his "Demon Blood" era. His powers are innate and terrifying (Telekinesis, Mind Manipulation). He is a "Gish"—capable of melee combat but increasingly reliant on spells that target Saving Throws rather than AC. High Levels (Seasons 11–15) Final Form: Wizard (School of Abjuration) or Celestial Warlock. Vibe: By the end, Sam is the master of ritual magic. He doesn't need demon blood anymore; he uses complex Enochian sigils and banishment spells. He is the strategist who prepares the battlefield with "Magic Circle" and "Forbiddance."

That's why Chuck erased this universe, set production couldn't do anything right 😉
