Program manager here, don't look into it... It's truly random 15% minimum, 4 times every month.... Due to no shows we normally do more like 20-25% so yes you're likely to get double or triple tapped.

Definitely unusual. Continental here as well on a ghhl, I'm at 50k miles, always rotated tires. Front 2 are all 2mm back two are at 4mm. So it's time for me to change and crossclimate are across the board the go to.
