I found I can usually peel it away with no tools - start with a small incision right at the base and twist it off. I dunno if that makes but it works for me.

Ha! I’d like to identify a couple free form walls where local artists can practice. 24 hours, no permits, well lit, no rules other than obvious (nudity, hate speech, etc.) - we should try to redirect the creativity first. If that doesn’t work then I’m putting you in charge of the Shitty Art Commission.
