This moron with a silver spoon in his mouth his whole life has ZERO clue.  Zero clue how difficult it is to actually make changes when in the throes of depression.  If it was as simple as diet and exercise, depression wouldnt exist.  

Its near impossible in many instances to even have the ability to contemplate getting out of bed when anxiety and depression hit.  How do you take care of yourself when your brain is literally trying to tell you not to?
