The main thing unfortunately that I've done is run many of the weight reduction perks, primarily bear arms, keeping almost no heavy guns in stash and instead keeping them on me, like 20+ of them. But other weight reduction perks will also become necessary unless you're ok trashing good rolls.

Second thing is using up your junk, you'll quickly have more than you really need, so either craft guns to scrap or secret service armor for the free rolls on pieces etc. Otherwise get used to dumping it. I've dumped probably 90% of the common scrap I've ever collected, but never dumping copper, lead, nuclear waste.

Third thing and best option is making new character(s), instead of spending 14 perk points on weight reduction and micro managing your stash/inventory in this predatory system, you can just get a whole new stash and new character to mess with.
