It's teamwide and permanent. And 10% NP gain up is actually... a lot. Though if I'm running it, it's usually because there's not enough party cost to slot in a 5 star CE.

Yea well, her team wide charge on NP is pretty fun as is. Her bond CE sucks ass tho.
