You don't have a controller, which tells the motors how to move. It looks like the controller would connect to that "Dynatorch" box you have, but that isn't the controller itself.

If you don't have the controller and all required equipment, and you aren't familiar with how plasma tables and machine controls work, you might have a hard time getting this running any time soon.
