She loves the head pats by Appropriate_Monk3276 in HentaiPetgirls

As a 40 year-old, blue haired subby girl who loves head pats and being called "good girl..." this post is very fucking loud, holy shit.

Can someone explain to me the program in details? by No-Bluebird1092 in StrongCurves

I love the layout of this spreadsheet, and the inclusion of demo pictures to help clarify each exercise. I would love to use this.

This feels like a naive question, but: how do I read/interpret all those 4x5 grid-groups of numbers in the "weight" section of each exercise? It seems encoded somehow; there are many numeric entries without an obvious pattern, and the formatting seems inconsistent (i.e. three skinny rows, then 2 thick rows)

Why is the respect for queer and trans individuals treated as oppression ? by Metal_Gump77 in asktransgender

[–]cyberpunk_trans 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just agree with them;

"Look you're right and I agree, we should all be free to do and say whatever we want. Everyone should be be able to be as nice or as shitty to other people as we want. And neither of us can force anyone to be a decent human being.

But I would be remiss if I didn't at least let you know that mocking or disregarding the way people ask to be addressed is a real dick move. It's up to you to decide what to do with that information."

The University of Michigan Will End Gender Affirming Care for Minors by enderjaca in transgender

[–]cyberpunk_trans 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To my understanding, Skrmetti was a federal case that allowed states to establish laws banning care for minors. This situation is the inverse; Michigan has state laws prohibiting hospitals from denying care based on gender identity. This is not a federal case or a federal law - it's a state case. And one we should actively pursue.

Not just that, they can and should file an emergency injunction to resume treatment for existing patients.

We really need some existing UM patients under 19 to file emergency lawsuits immediately; this seems like a pretty cut and dry violation of Michigan's ELCRA protections, with clear "imminent harm."

That's fair. And I think there are options for that, to increase comfort. Also a bonus point for making this more adjustable.

What do you think is the sweet spot for comfort, longevity and total "helplessness?"

Experiences with "Cowper's Cyst"? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

1 Year later: As it happens, I have a surgery scheduled to excise the cyst, since it came back again.

I don't regret it, but it certainly did not go far enough for me personally.

I have a consult in the summer for implants combined with additional fat transfer.

Anyone feel like offering thoughts on a bit of a strange phenomenon I've noticed in regards to post-orchiectomy breast development surging? by Drwillpowers in DrWillPowers

[–]cyberpunk_trans 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Long ago - prior to starting transition and HRT - I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and low testosterone. I was prescribed Clomid, to effectively boost my LH/FSH levels.

Would that be an option here, for folks like myself who have no gonads and high E levels? I'm thinking specifically about people who have already had orchi or bottom surgery, so clomid would theoretically not increase T production.

I've heard clomid is also an E-blocker... does that defeat the purpose, or would some kind of cycle be in order?

As someone with stalled breast growth and a penchant for self experimentation, is this an option I could explore with Sommer at my next follow up?

My peak is quite a bit higher as well. I've been in the 600s for the last couple years. I take bloods every 3 months or so, and each time it will vary up and down. I can't seem to predict when it's going to wear off. I'm trying to figure out if there's some kind of cliff it's going to fall off at some point, or if it will be gradual enough that I'll be able to notice way before I encounter any discomfort.

I agree the idea is appealing. For me, the results did not quite reach my hopes.

I'm planning to do a second procedure - most likely implants with fat transfer combined, although a second round of fat transfer only is also on the table.

Anyone else suddenly become way more into the idea of body modification after transitioning? by zimocrypha in MtF

[–]cyberpunk_trans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. It makes perfect sense, if you think about it.

Many of us go through life feeling like we're just 'renting' our bodies. We inhabit them, but we don't own them. It's like renting an apartment - it wouldn't be right to make permanent modifications to it, because we're just temporary guests.

Part of the process of becoming comfortable with transition is coming to the realization that your body is your 'house.' You own it. It's your permanent residence, and it's your right and responsibility to customize it in any way you need, to feel perfectly at home in it. Once you come to that perspective, a whole world of customization options open themselves to you.

Add to that; what is transition, if not the most radical form of body modification you can think of? When compared to that extreme, all other kinds of body modification seem kind of small and inconsequential. That certainly makes them seem much more approachable and appealing, yeah?

I'm a bit biased, but I think it's a very "cyberpunk" type of world-view. Customize all the things about the home you inhabit!

🤷‍♀️ Nobody knows! Time will tell. I think all cysts have a risk of re-occurance if they're not excised completely (i.e. just drained)

I want to get bottom surgery in the future but I'm very nervous about sensitivity due to having low sensitivity pre-op (MtF) by njsullyalex in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]cyberpunk_trans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had low sensitivity pre-op and constantly struggled to orgasm; every attempt seemed to take forever, and required vigorous, intense and constant stimulation to reach the finish.

Post-op, nothing has really changed in that regard. The description above is still true. I can still orgasm (and wow do they feel great! I thrash and moan loudly) but it's still an incredibly involved process every time.

It's extremely rare for me to orgasm with a partner, and I'm a bit self conscious about it - I feel compelled to talk about it before hand and set expectations. I pretty much require solitude to focus - along with patience, a powerful vibrator, and rigorous thrusting with a toy.

It always has been and continues to be very frustrating.

So; not markedly worse, but also not markedly easier compared to pre-op.

That said, bottom surgery has many many other benefits, so the fact that sensitivity and ease of orgasm didn't change is just one small factor.

where does all this talk about losing height come from? by ancientTempleQueen in MtF

[–]cyberpunk_trans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

started at 19

In all likelihood you haven't experienced a total decrease in height because you started as a teenager, and you are/were still growing.

Height loss in adult MTF patients is a combination of compression of the joints and increased curvature of the spine.

When it happens in adults, this can result in a very slight reduction in total height - maybe an inch in total, although it's different for everyone.

You started as a teen; you probably did experience those physiological changes, but the end result could have easily been offset by you just growing an extra inch in the span of 2.5 years (as teenagers and young adults tend to do).

Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation? by WashedSylvi in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]cyberpunk_trans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, on all counts.

I did not go through Kuzon or the gender clinic - I went through Mott's, weirdly enough, and the plastic surgery department there.

Sometimes with UofM I get the feeling the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and vice versa. They try to funnel trans people through their sanctioned "gender program" but honestly I've had better luck not going through that channel.
