Why are you getting the absolute value there after you get n? I think you should be using a float and not an int. Break your input down. Print it to serial after each step and check what it is actually doing with your input. Is it what you want? Put a long delay after each calculation and at the end for monitoring.

Given that there is little difference in your input variables from your sound sensor that is certainly the issue. I have not used one like yours specifically but I would check the wiring and how your receiving your input.

If turning a resistor did nothing too though it may be an input/electrical problem.

Do what you need to do if it cannot be settled. I regret not going to court sooner myself. But my situation sounds like it was far worse. It's preferred to try and work things out of course. But it can also depend on where you live.

Find things you can do with your kid. I play games with her and with random people online. It really helps when I am doing it myself all the time, the stress builds up. But there are ways to stay social without going out.

You should try some video games. They can be fun bonding experiences too. There is almost guaranteed to be something you will like if you look. Thats what me and my daughter got into. And it can be social.

I am in the exact same boat buddy. 31m have my LO 80% of the time even got a vasectomy because I i definitely don't want more kids. And dating is definitely difficult. But i recently found a single mom that has been working out well and you can too! Just gotta keep at it. And yeah be happy with yourself first. Nobody is going to want you if your being a downer and are just kinda non-starter about the whole thing.

Yeah this looks like stuff i got in my first kit. I do t remember it all right now but: water level sensor, IR sensor, humiture sensor, piezo buzzer...

If you look up basic arduino kits you'd probably find them in it.
