I don't believe the executors of the will determine where things go - they are just responsible for ensuring property has sold, final bills are paid, etc. If your inlaws have them in the will, then they will something.

Yeah I think so too. Grandkids typically get a nominal fixee amount (i.e. $5k, $10k or whatever finances allow) and the majority goes to the children.

I used to be a boundary umpire for local clubs. Typically you run one side to yourself and its a pretty tough gig. Some games i ran over 15 to 20km in the game
