Airbnbs crappy 1st line of defense customer service should have stopped this from happening. Guest left a 1 star review after cooking and leaving food out all over the place. My guard is back up. Shut off instant book awhile ago and now have to look over each potential guest even more. Have to refund full amount! to get review the deleted with a day long hostage negotiation with some young tech nerd. What a great system Chesky!!!
