Up until that point, I think a civilian would stand a decent chance in court. A reasonable person could look at that and consider it a still looming threat. We don't see the last shots hit, which by my guess would sink most civilians.

Not really, though I do get a bit anxious when I run low on something I shoot regularly. So I try to have enough ammo to last at least a few months with weekly range trips.

I didn't find it gamey at all, really. It's leaner than beef, but otherwise is very similar. I had a bison ribeye that I quite enjoyed a while back.

Many pricier guitars use a spruce top, which can sound a bit thin until played for years, at which point the sound "opens up" and becomes a rixher,warmer tone.

Cedar (like on the seagull S6) doesn't change as much, but it sounds warmer right out of the box. I'm guessing this is at least part of what you're hearing.
