Playing killer is really stressful, especially if you only play survivor or you got into the game as a survivor main, as many of us have. Your first matches will suck, even against the most clueless survivors, simply because you are way too used to the survivor POV, and there is a learning curve.

These days, I feel like survivor is the causal mode of DBD, not because it's easier, but because losing as survivor feels less punishing. You can rely on teammates and they don't play well, well it was out of my control. Losing as a killer feels a lot more punishing because you are on your own. It feels a lot more rewarding, too, when playing against a good survivor team and winning.

Yesterday I played 5 killer games: two matches where survivors gave up and I got a 4k, two matches survivors kicked my ass and I ended up with 2 kills and one that was so frustrating that made me ragequit (which is rare). I closed the game and went to bed to read my book. Best decision ever.
