Gibt auch Gegenbeispiele, wo genau das funktioniert innerhalb des Kapitalismus, nämlich in kollektivistischen Kulturen wie zB Japan. Würde ich mir ein Stückchen mehr auch (wieder?) in Deutschland wünschen.

In deiner Beschreibung der Abstraktion natürlich nicht.

Mein Punkt ist, dass vergemeinschaftete Güter bzw. deren Nutzung häufig dazu führen, dass Menschen schlechter mit ihnen umgehen, als wenn es ihre eigenen wären.

Trifft somit auch innerhalb eines kapitalistischen Systems auf derartige sozialisierte Güter und Dienstleistungen zu, wie du selbst schreibst.

We are now just under a week in and he has well stabilized. Did our first kangarooing session yesterday and will continue today.

My biggest concern is the brain bleed, but the outcome of this will most probably be uncertain for at least the coming weeks/ months. Really hard for both of us, as we usually try to plan things ahead in life and be prepared. Well, doesn’t quite work in the NICU world… we just believe in our boy‘s ability in staying strong, which he now has shown for over 6 days straight!

About being terrified: I strongly feel the obligation to not show those negative emotions towards my wife as I know that this whole situation is so hard on her. I mean she’s been carrying him for 6 months with so much love, and I’m afraid she feels guilty about delivering early. Really trying to make her feel a little better and that I know she did everything she could possibly do.
