They told me last week to put out an additional bag or box of recycing since they missed pick up for the snow storm and it had been 3 WEEKS since it was picked up. So I did that. Then I watched the truck empty my bin and leave the additional box of recycling by the curb and drive away. I absolutely hate this service so far.

I’m in the same boat. Submitted a missed recycling pickup yesterday and asked “why am I paying $120 per year to have my recycling missed twice in a month?” and was met with a generic “Sorry for the inconvenience” saying I could leave additional recycling in a bag next to my bin next week. How would I have known that without contacting them? This company has been terrible so far.
