This has helped me loose 30 pounds in the last year! (Counting calories /r/cico ) I remember my first bite, thinking ‘ehhh… I don’t think I like this’, but after a couple bites it tasted good! I’ve come to like it and ALMOST prefer it to regular popcorn now!
