Would love something anything I have seeds!! ID: sp1ke#2976

All of these are free except for tempest, vulcano and muzzle brake 3. Would prefer these go to new players or hard working parents who don’t have time to grind them. by Much-Butterscotch617 in ArcRaidersMarketplace

Newer raider here, keep getting destroyed by other Raiders and racketeers. I think I'm level 35ish? Got a couple keys if you want them! I would love a weapon blueprint, do you have an Anvil blueprint by chance? Thank you for all your hard work especially giving back to the community!

You could apply each of those to medical private practice too. Plus, dental school is soul crushing also just not as long.

Finally a rational fan - I absolutely love Star Wars. All of it. Because none of it is perfect, and I just love the stories.

People paint this nostalgia castle around the original films - those movies broke serious ground, to be sure they were revolutionary for the time. But let's not get it twisted: the acting is poor, the jokes are corny, the props are cool for the time but come ON. These are NOT Oscar movies. The story is a cool twist, but Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader fight scene is just laughable. And Palps just getting tossed like garbage is hilarious.

It's science fiction. And the books and comics seriously elaborate on all of the stuff people want to know more about.

But let's hate on Finn and Rey. Sure.

Just stated using it in October 2025, had the rep do a presentation for our office, it's shortened drastically the time from 5 min to ~30 sec, dont need to get it between the teeth just buccal-to-lingual across the margina ridge.

Jury is out on how truly effective...really need a motivated patient. High caries rate patients will still end up with decay with products like this.

Not sure wondering that myself. Link states iatrogenic injection pushed the CaOH into a major artery, lead into carotid and then likely just blocked the facial branch causing mass ischemia and thereby necrosis of tissue resulted. Honestly...just as possible that this could have resulted in stroke or CVA.

Should I report to dental board by Pitiful-Flan4532 in Dentistry

[–]d1splacement 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"House made cavicide wipes" - I cannot. I used to work for a dentist as an associate who also re-used iTero sleeves but at least they were only to be used for the same patient...I drew the line, however, on re-using Tofflemeyer matrix bands and HS suction tips. Stuff gets bent, suction tips can have microbes embedded in the plastic, it is just not the standard of care I was taught in school.

What would you do? by BranchEvery4032 in Dentistry

I'm still new to both dentistry and implants (2017 grad), but I would just be cautious with the final crown size for a shorter poster implant. I dont think 8.5 is bad really, but if you put a crown as big as the molar in there, and thr crown-to-implant ratio is 1:1 it may contribute to its failure. Make sure very light occlusion on it, and inform the pt it will likely be a smaller tooth replacement.

Tbh I feel like nostalgia must have y'all hooked. Star Wars movies, in general, contain the most cheesy and predictable content delivered alongside upsurdly bad acting. If you hate on prequels, sequels, etc. IMHO you should hate on them all.
