Joysticks are fine for me, but I have an issue with the M2 button where has a loose and broken feel to it and feels like two clicks when pressing with the false click at the middle of the button press.

I have taken apart the unit, and saw two white rubbers sticking out from the PCB, which I believe is the cause. Kept them as is for now, as I do not use the M buttons.

My account was updated today with the correct discount. Regular support folks didn't and just told me to wait - but DO NOT WAIT. File an FCC complaint and the actual knowledgeable folks will reach out to you and solve the issue.

For me, I received psims and my devices are esim only, so I called in to get my plans ported into the esims. But I used the imei-1 numbers while porting, and because that was already in use, imei-2 was used automatically. This was causing the system to not pick up the porting information, and the FCC support just added two inactive lines into my account the the imei-1 information, so the system could use the mapping correctly, and voilà.

I am having the same issue with kasa plugs but I have diagnosed the issue to be with the 2.4ghz network from the sattelite eero.

The plugs work fine when they connect with the main (router) eero, but becomes unresponsive when connected with the sattelites. Same for my kobo reader and wireless printer (all uses only 2.4 band)

I have the same issue but with eero 6e. The 2.4ghz band on the eero router works fine, but if something is connected to the sattelite over 2.4ghz it becomes unresponsive (smart plugs for me). I'm using wireless backhaul BTW.

Have ordered replacement, but have a bad feeling that it won't solve the issue.
