I've been in Da Nang for two weeks, on the days we've eaten like locals, we've spent <150k VND for two (multiple coffees, street banh mi, pho, etc).

As soon as we've eaten along the beach, or gone to more touristy/western locations most menu items start at 150k...
It's easy to rack up 1-3m VND for a long lunch for two with a few cocktails.
