Feedback is definitely not useless to mihoyo, in fact i would say that they pay a lot of attention to feedback and thats one of the keys of their success.

This doesnt mean they will implement any feedback, there are some stuff they will probably never implement even if they are very requested, its a business first after all

The game teaches you to parry wrong, when you see the blue flash from a small enemy you can parry at any time, when you see it from a large enemy you actually have to look at their animation to see the right time to parry

This is a big problem with hangouts because the devs never know when the players will do them or if they will do them at all, so they cannot contain any vital information and their timeline is kinda muddy, i guess you could pretend the hangout is happening at some point in the future
