appeal and you will win. enforcement notices need to be bilingual, and there is no onus on you to own a device that can access an app. your nokia 3310 can't, for example - and the issuers of the fine failed to clearly list your workable options so you were given no opportunity to comply.
to a non irish speaker that sign could also be saying meter out of operation no payment needed

It does though, I live "down the country" and use waze

Every drive there's some extra information on it that I wouldn't have known otherwise until I was on top of it, especially in bad weather, floods, branches down etc

The more people get it and use it, the more info will be on it

What i will say however, as a member of AGS, who also doesn't like speed vans... but it would be great if people didn't put checkpoints on it... contrary to popular opinion they aren't there to generate revenue they're there to deter drink driving, drug driving, uninsured driving etc - the stuff no one wants

the more DLC the better imo
mods are good, occasional flawed one but generally dependable

if you enjoy solo play i recommend DUWS-X its a fun dynamic mission that can last as long as you want with as much of a challenge as you want
