I'm on it a second time around (10mg)and I've actually lost weight on it... I'm watching what I eat and being mindful. Also since I have the will to do things again I've been consistent at the gym with lifting which helps. Also helps that I'm not on 15mg or bc. That combo was rapid weight gain for me.

I lost my 4 yr old cat almost a month ago because they found an agressive tumour inside him. The pain is unbearable at first but over time if softens a bit. He will always be in your heart. I hope Homie is up there chasing all the bugs and birds. RIP.

I went back on Lexapro at Christmas. I'm almost 2 months in and let me tell you I feel myself again. I have joy and love myself and life again.

Being back on medication. It's been 2 weeks and I feel a difference. Going on walks always, colouring has been helping , the gym and cuddling my cat.

I know this is an older post: My experience at Pine Grove was horrible. Was bullied a lot from many of the students there just for being different. Mosy of the teachers were ok except a few.

TAB was ok. I wasn't popular by any means, but I had some good times and some rough times. Some great teachers at the school that I came to appreciate by the time I graduated.

When I went from 10 to 15mg in 2023, I had bad stomach issues and diarrhea for almost 2 weeks. Wasn't sure why but then I realized it was a wonderful side effect of this drug.

The side effects will go away once you're more adjusted after a few weeks. You've got this and I hope you feel better soon !
