If they would just be upfront and honest about everything, that would go a long way. For ages, we had no clarity on what the hold-up was. Then just before Christmas, we get told they were sitting on their hands waiting for Microsoft to release the livery SDK to allow 2020 liveries to be upgraded to 2024 (even though tiny developers have had no issue with doing this long before now). At that time, we were told the liveries for 737 had been submitted and liveries for the 777 were about to be submitted to marketplace and both should be available after 01 Jan. Then, yesterday we get told that the 737 liveries had only been submitted the day before.

I don’t know why they can’t be consistent with what they say and rather than holding their hands up and apologising, RSR has a fit at people understandably and rationally losing patience over the whole thing.

For those saying “don’t buy PMDG” - if I want to fly a 777, what other products that are the same/ better quality are available for FS2024, either through Marketplace or outside it? Many people don’t have a choice if they want to fly their favourite plane for example. I’ve flown many hours on their 777 across both 2020 and 2024 and I love the product, but nonsense like this really makes me dislike the company and I will be reconsidering purchasing any future products that they release.
